DO I HAVE TO BE A STRONG SWIMMER?

Being comfortable in the water is key to enjoying diving.  Not everybody starts as a "water person".  You need to have basic swim skills and be able to comfortably maintain yourself in the water. You should be able to swim 200 yards and 300 yards in mask, fins and snorkel. If that sounds like it is beyond your skill level, we can work with you to get there.

DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN ATHLETIC LEVEL TO TRAIN WITH TAKE ME DIVING?

Diving in cold water takes strength and endurance.  The more fit you are, the more you will enjoy the experience.  Diving in warmer water is much easier.  we can discuss the specific fitness recommendations for your goals and offer fitness plans to get you where you need to be. 

HOW IS TAKE ME DIVING DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINING PROGRAMS?

Everything that we do is 100% customized to meet you need. We travel with clients to locations around the world to support their objectives.  In addition to training, we can guide or lead dives anywhere in the world. When you engage TAKE ME DIVING, we are at your disposal.
